All orders are shipped out the same day up to 12:00pm CST. Any orders after 12:00pm CST will be shipped out the following day. Please use the UPS map above to determine if you need a faster delivery service. The map shows the number of business days that it takes for UPS to deliver from Oklahoma to your state. This is using the UPS Ground Service (Sat and Sun do not count as a business day).

TRACKING INFORMATION

We use UPS online Worldship. When we process your shipment we include your e-mail address in the shipping system. You should receive an e-mail the evening of the day that the order ships. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct when you register your information. You can also track the shipment via your order number that is listed on your order confirmation. Just go to www.ups.com and use the reference tracking to see your shipment in transit. The site will also show you schedule date for delivery.

"Next Business Day" Defined

For shipments tendered to us on Monday through Thursday, the next business day is the following day, except for holidays. For shipments received on Friday, the next business day is Monday, except for holidays. For shipments received by UPS on Saturday, the next business day is Tuesday, except for holidays. If an earlier delivery date is requested, shipments are subject to advance arrangements.


ADDRESS CORRECTIONS:

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. If UPS has to correct an address they charge us $5 for ground shipments and $10 for air shipments. We pass this charge to you if the ship to address on the order confirmation is not a correct address. We will not charge you if we make the error in data entry.

SHIPPING SERVICE FAILURES:

Although that UPS Guarantees all their services, their are some restrictions that apply. Please read below before placing your order.

Guaranteed Service:

a. UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of shipments shipped via Next Day Air Freight or 2nd Day Air Freight Services where such services are available. ("Guaranteed Service") Information on availability and description of Guaranteed Service delivery times, designation of pickup and delivery locations, and applicable rates and charges, can be found at freight.ups.com/air , are available upon request, and are subject to change without notice. Availability of Guaranteed Service is subject to suspension or revocation by us without notice.

b. In the event UPS fails to attempt delivery within the time published on the UPS website, or as provided when 1- 800-949-6740 is called, UPS at its option, will either credit or refund the transportation charges for each such shipment to the payor only, upon request subject to the following conditions. This is the sole remedy available under the Guaranteed Service. WE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR INCOME, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAD KNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH DAMAGES MIGHT BE INCURRED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES ARISING FROM DELAYED DELIVERY OR FAILURE TO ATTEMPT DELIVERY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUARANTEED SERVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL UPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER FOR DELAYED DELIVERY, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR SHIPMENTS MADE UNDER THE GUARANTEED SERVICE.


The guaranteed delivery schedule has been obtained by referencing UPS's website at freight.ups.com/air or by contacting a UPS office. "On-schedule" means, subject to the terms of this Guaranteed Service, delivery is attempted within the guaranteed delivery schedule.
Shipments received from or destined to certain locations may require earlier pickup times (available by contacting 1-800-949-6740) to meet delivery time commitments.
Each shipment is properly recorded on an Air Waybill or in the UPS automated shipping system used.
Each shipment bears an appropriate label showing the Consignee's correct name, deliverable address, and ZIP Code.
UPS is notified in writing or by telephone of a service failure within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of scheduled delivery and is advised of the Consignee's name and address, date of shipment, shipment weight and freight tracking number.


c. The guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to the unavailability of or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, or to C.T.S. shipments that are delayed due to the Consignee's inability or refusal to comply with payment terms for C.T.S. shipments as set forth in these Air Freight Terms.

d. The guarantee does not apply to shipments that require preauthorization to schedule pickup and the shipper has not obtained such authorization by contacting 1-800-949-6740.

e. Shipments may be delayed by, and the guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed by, the following conditions:


The dimensions of the shipment are too large for available aircraft, or shipments difficult to handle, including oversized or unwieldy shipments.
Shipments tendered by a beyond carrier or by the Shipper that do not enter our system in time to meet our departure times or critical processing requirements.
Shipments requiring government approvals, licenses, permits or processes for carriage.
Shipments where Shipper instructs us (either by instruction on the Air Waybill or marking or labeling on the shipment) to refrain from breaking down a palletized shipment.


f. The guarantee also does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control, including but not limited to, the following:


The act, default or omission of the Shipper, Consignee or any other party claiming an interest in the shipment, including delivery instructions from the Shipper or Consignee with which we complied;
The nature of the shipment, defect, or inherent vice of the product;
Failure of the Shipper or Consignee to observe any term contained in these Air Freight Terms, including but not limited to improper or insufficient packaging, securing, addressing or marking of any shipment, including omission of, or provision of, an incorrect Consignee address or ZIP code on the Air Waybill, providing insufficient information, or the Shipper's failure to follow any term related to shipments that are not acceptable for transport.
Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or hazardous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials or similar authorities, the application of security regulations imposed by the government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control (Including mechanical failures on trucks and/or aircraft) (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Force Majeure Events").
Compliance with laws, government regulations, orders or requirements, or any cause beyond our control.


g. The following shipments are not eligible for Guaranteed Service:


Shipments destined for delivery in locations outside the service area for Next Day Air Freight or 2nd Day Air Freight.
Shipments referenced in Section 21 SHIPMENTS NOT ACCEPTED.
The guarantee for on-scheduled delivery for Next Day Air Freight and 2nd Day Air Freight shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the Day after Thanksgiving Day and on December 18 through December 24.
